Founded by baker and recipe developer Amber Goulden, Sprinkles & Spoons has built a loyal following in San Antonio for its gourmet gluten-free pastries that combine nostalgic comfort with elevated flavor and texture. Every item is produced in a dedicated 100% gluten-free, Celiac-safe kitchen, ensuring travelers never have to compromise between quality, flavor, and dietary needs.
Travelers can now enjoy several of Sprinkles & Spoons’ most popular items at Pronto, including Vanilla and Chocolate Iced Donuts, Chocolate Chip Cookies, Snickerdoodles, Cinnamon Muffins, and rotating Seasonal Muffins.

Diagnosed with Celiac Disease in 2009, Amber was determined to recreate the baked goods she loved growing up after finding limited gluten-free options that met her standards. Over the last decade, she has spent years refining recipes and techniques to develop pastries and desserts that appeal to gluten-free and non-gluten-free customers alike.
